The Mandelbari - Mont aux Amandes - is a light pastry made of shortcrust pastry in the shape of rings, smaller and smaller and stacked on top of each other, covered with meringue flaked almonds. Traditionally served at Christmas, this speciality now accompanies all the tables in the region at coffee time.
