Verlooked by the castle of Haut-Koenigsbourg, the Montagne des Singes park (Monkey Mountain) is home to more than 200 Barbary apes living in complete freedom. They live in a superb 24-hectare forest in conditions very close to those they would enjoy in the wild.
Here buzzards, black-eared kites, vultures and other birds of prey are in their very own kingdom. In the mediaeval setting of Kintzheim Castle in the heart of the Alsatian wine producing area, they provide a breath-taking aerial show where excitement is guaranteed.
