Jos Nusbaumer is an independent, family-run distillery in France, founded in Alsace in 1947. For over 70 years, we have specialised in the distillation and production of eaux de vie, liqueurs and fruit and plant creams. In recent years, we have opened a new chapter in our expertise with the launch of new plant-based distillations, including a Mountain Gin and a French Aquavit.
