As part of the ‘E Friehjohr fer unseri Sproch’ operation, running from 23 March to 18 May in Sélestat, come and discover an activity dedicated to our local folklore. Join our head baker for a bilingual French-Alsatian pretzel-making workshop with family and friends. While your creations are being baked, enjoy a tasting of our region's emblematic bakery specialities.

It's an immersion experience full of discoveries, ideal for those with a passion for heritage and gastronomy!

For children aged 5 and over, with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 25 participants per workshop.
