In the heart of Alsace, the Jos Nusbaumer craft distillery has been perpetuating a family history since 1947, where every drop tells the story of a passion for rare expertise. Independent and deeply rooted in its terroir, the distillery has been crafting eaux-de-vie, liqueurs, and fruit and plant creams with precise, vibrant aromas for over 70 years, drawing on a tradition that has been patiently cultivated.

Today, the distillery is writing a new chapter: that of plant distillations, with a mountain gin and a French aquavit that capture the aromatic soul of the surrounding landscapes.

Step inside the workshops and let yourself be enchanted by the scent of macerated fruit, the murmur of the stills, and the warmth of the copper.
