Week-end des FRAC

For the past 8 editions, the Frac Weekend (WEFRAC) has been the national highlight of the network of regional contemporary art funds, a weekend during which the 22 Fracs are in full swing, offering a particularly dense and festive programme to the public! Wefrac 2024 will be highlighting an operation run by each Frac in its region.

Screening of the film White Cube by Renzo Martens. The film documents the improbable attempt by a group of Congolese plantation workers (CATPC) to buy back their land with the proceeds from their works of art.

L'urne aux souvenirs is a workshop protocol that invites everyone to reveal the imprints of a souvenir object consumed by fire. Discover the pieces created by the participants and share a convivial moment in the presence of the artist.
