The Ries'Soupe®

Ries’Soup®, a gourmet creation born in the heart of the vineyards. Created in Scherwiller, the birthplace of Riesling, Ries’Soup® perfectly embodies the inventive and gourmet spirit of Alsace.

Conceived in 1996 by Didier Roeckel, chef and owner of La Couronne restaurant, this refined soup was created for the very first Sentier Gourmand®. The challenge? To showcase Riesling, the region's iconic grape variety, in an original and comforting creation.

Creamy, fragrant and elegant, Ries’Soup® quickly became a local signature dish, now a registered trademark, celebrating the perfect marriage of culinary expertise and a passion for wine.
