Goose foie gras in Alsace, a symbol of Alsace's culinary heritage

Foies Gras Metzler invites you to discover the history of goose foie gras in Alsace: - An exhibition on the history of Alsatian foie gras from its origins to the present day (free admission). - Musical entertainment with renowned harpist Pauline Haas from 3 to 4 pm. - A "Game of the Goose" walk through the village of Gueberschwihr, ending at Gaensbrunnen. - A paying tasting of goose foie gras, and the famous Pâté Maréchal des Contades, based on the original recipe by Chef Marcel Metzler. 15 euros per tasting (per person) and 18 euros with a glass of wine (per person).
