Concert-show: The story of a Mulhouse musician on his way to Rome

The performance by the Antichi Strumenti ensemble retraces in four tableaux the life, art and sometimes strong and unconventional choices of musician Jean-Gaspard Weiss. On stage, the instruments engage in a veritable dialogue with the original texts taken from his autobiography, around his unpublished compositions, recently rediscovered and published by Ortus Musikverlag.
