Hidden away in an old building, Le 1741 invites you to a unique culinary experience. Facing the Palais Rohan, Le 1741 is a creator of emotions, where every bite awakens your senses. Chef Jérémy Page and his team will take you from surprise to surprise, whether it's a 5-, 7-, 9-, or 11-course meal. The surprise is also in the glass with the selection of food and beverage pairings, some of which are alcohol-free and prepared by the director and sommelier Michael Wagner himself. This experience has been recognized by the Michelin Guide, which has awarded it a star for the 10th consecutive year.
