Hiking : la montée rose

As part of Pink October, the association of 10 Tourist Communes of Haut-Koenigsbourg is organising the Pink Climb to the castle.

Entertainment at the start and finish, prevention stands and refreshments at the finish.

Proceeds will be donated to the League Against Cancer.

• Châtenois, Espace les Tisserands: 8:30 a.m. - Distance: 9.6 km - Approximate elevation gain: 450 m - Approximate duration: 3 hours - Arrival time: 11:30am 

• Bergheim, sports and cultural centre: 8:45 a.m. - Distance: 9 km - Approximate elevation gain: 490 m - Approximate duration: 2 hours 45 minutes - Arrival time: 11:30am

• Saint-Hippolyte, village hall: 9:00 a.m. - Distance: 6.7 km - Approximate elevation gain: 448 m - Approximate duration: 2 hours - Arrival time: 11:30am

• Orschwiller, Place de la Chapelle: 9:30 a.m. - Distance: 6 km - Approximate elevation gain: 460 m - Approximate duration: 2 hours - Arrival time: 11:30am

• Kintzheim, Volerie des Aigles car park: 9:30 a.m. - Distance: 6.5 km - Approximate elevation gain: 484 m - Approximate duration: 2 hours - Arrival time: 11:30am

• Thannenkirch, village hall: 10 a.m. - Distance: 5.3 km - Approximate elevation gain: 170 m - Approximate duration: 1 hour 30 minutes - Arrival time: 11:30am

The walk will be supervised on the way there and will take place regardless of the weather. For safety reasons, please respect the departure locations and times.

Return on foot (unsupervised but signposted) or via line 500 of the Fluo Grand Est network (limited seats).

By registering, participants declare that they have personal accident insurance covering bodily injury. They participate at their own risk. No refunds will be given.

Food is available on site at the participant's expense. There is a picnic area near the castle.

Preferential rate for a self-guided tour of the castle upon presentation of the walk participation wristband: €6. The tour must be taken on the same day.
