Monique Gassmann is a musician and creator of soundscapes.

Jan Pincemaille is a poet, singer, guitarist, and digital art photographer.

The project:

This new show offers a combination of poetry, song and soundscapes. The audience is invited to enjoy a moment of tranquillity and contemplation, alternating between songs with lyrics (including revisited works by Aragon and Éluard) and recitations of classic poetry (Baudelaire, Rimbaud, Ferré, etc.) and other contemporary poems.

The performance is designed to be a true interlude of well-being. The soundscapes created have a calming and positively beneficial effect. They are the result of sensitive artistic work, inspired by the unique journey of Monique Gassmann, a former midwife who became a "wise woman" and magician. She uses various instruments such as the crystal lyre, Tibetan bowls, the anantar, the drum, the accordion and various chimes to create atmospheres conducive to poetic escape.

Jan Pincemaille, meanwhile, performs his lyrics and songs with sincerity. His warm voice and guitar accompany slam poetry and personal compositions, while his digital photographs, projected or displayed, add a visual dimension to the intimate experience.
