Autumn is slowly setting in, and with it comes a desire for freshness, integrity and elegance in a bottle.
For our November Bisàmme, we invite you to come and celebrate this famous grape variety: Riesling, in its 2022-2023 version.
A dry, taut, chiselled wine with a marked mineral expression and frank notes of citrus and white flowers.
This vintage combines precision and liveliness, resulting in a cuvée that will awaken your taste buds and warm your hearts.
A wonderful opportunity to rediscover this great Alsatian classic in a pure, lively, sincere style that is, above all, meant to be shared.
Enjoy the musical atmosphere with Anne Belta, and on the food truck side, treat yourself to the Dernier Truck avant la faim du monde, designed to complement the tension and finesse of Riesling.
The Bisàmme evenings will continue to operate in the same way. You can bring your own dishes and share them in small groups, without a buffet.
What's more, if your cellars are stocked with Demeter-certified wines, you are welcome to share them free of charge.
