Festive evening : bisàmme

Get ready for a sparkling experience! We are delighted to invite you to our September Bisàmme to celebrate the release of our brand new vintage of Crémant Blanc de Noirs 2021.

Made from Pinot Noir grapes and vinified with zero dosage for a result of great finesse, this Crémant will surprise you with its delicate notes of red fruit. An elegant bubble, a subtle colour and a unique aromatic bouquet await you.

Come and raise a glass with us. It's the perfect opportunity to get together, chat and share a convivial moment over a glass of our latest creation.

The evening will be enlivened by Jazz de l'Ill, who will delight your ears. As for food, La Binchstub will be there to treat your taste buds to its original Tex Mex cuisine.

The Bisàmme evenings will continue to operate in the same way. You can bring your own dishes and share them in small groups, without a buffet.

What's more, if your cellars are stocked with Demeter-certified wines, you'll have every opportunity to share them free of charge.
