Heritage Days

The team of volunteers from Les Amis de l'Abbatiale and the resident organists welcome you to discover a typical Austrian Baroque abbey church, unique in the Grand Est region, as well as its historic organ built by Saxon organ builder André Silbermann. 

Saturday:

• 1.30pm-5.30pm: self-guided tour (welcome and guidance by volunteers), welcome in the Silbermann gallery by Bruno Soucaille, titular organist (from 2pm), tour of the sacristy, video screening + photos in the transept

Sunday:

• 10 am-12 pm: self-guided tour (welcome and accompaniment by volunteers), welcome in the Silbermann gallery by Marc Baumann, titular organist, tour of the sacristy, video screening + photos in the transept
• 11 am: change of the High Altar painting by members of the Fabrique Council
• 1pm-5pm: self-guided tour (welcome and assistance provided by volunteers), welcome in the Silbermann gallery by Marc Baumann, titular organist, tour of the sacristy, video screening + photos in the transept
• 4pm: musical presentation of the Silbermann organ by Marc Baumann, titular organist
