Rendez-vous aux jardins : le jardin des piquants

These stone plants or living stones are well named, as they merge in the landscapes, as they force mimicry with the mineral universe that surrounds them. To survive in a hostile environment and avoid being eaten. Lithops – succulents like cacti – grow naturally in the deserts of southern Africa and Namibia. Their color is usually quite dull, between greenish gray, yellowish, brownish, reddish. In the natural state, only the upper part with translucent marbling appears. Below, they have two lobes.
