Music festival

To celebrate the arrival of summer, many associations, bars and local groups are offering musical entertainment in the town centre.

To mark the occasion, Sélestat will also be offering events reserved for accompanied children, to give them a unique and enriching experience while retaining the festive and musical spirit so characteristic of the event.

• Interactive concert for children, guitar/voice by Déborah Quirin, Parvis de la Chapelle Saint-Quirin - 6-6.40pm and 7-7.40pm. Children will be invited not only to see a concert but also to take part in it, accompanied by singer-guitarist Deborah Quirin. She will be performing acoustic versions of well-known songs and nursery rhymes.

• Children's ball by Gérard Dalton, Jardin Hortus Beatus - 6.30pm-7pm and 7.30pm-8pm. Gérard Dalton's songs are vitamin for the ears, and his Sesame is his liveliness, humour and spontaneity with the children and adults present. Dalton's magic is songs that don't ask their listeners how old they are! Young and old come away with starry eyes and light hearts. He accompanies himself on guitar, ukulele, banjo and other accessories, depending on the show. Denis Forget accompanies him on accordion, adding a variety of sounds and moods for an unforgettable show.
