Workshop - blending your whisky

You will visit the distillery, the oldest in Alsace, for about 30 minutes. Then, during a 2-hour workshop, you will learn how to blend your own whisky. Dive into the fascinating world of whisky, its aromas and its specificities: define the aromatic profile, test different blends, study the balance of your spirit, to finally give birth to a whisky that resembles only you. You will take your 20cl bottle with your personalized label home to prolong the tasting!
