The Dreiland Wanderweg, the 3 countries hiking trail

The route of stage no. 3 between Riehen and Basel forms a large loop around Basel. This trail is characterised by some contrasting scenery along the Rhine and by the diversity of the Markgräfler vineyards in Germany on one side and the constantly changing panoramic views over the city of Basel on the other.
