Workshop for children and adults : Royal Icing Cookie Decoration

For the National Heritage Days, Alice - founder of the Alsatian micro-enterprise Alice, Biscuits et Merveilles - invites you to discover the art of decorating cookies with royal glaze in full colour! In this workshop, you will learn how to use the pastry bag and turn simple cookies into real works of art. A creative and fun moment to share, where everyone goes back with their own creations to taste. You will also go to discover the Museum: the Alsatian specialties and their legends will have no secrets for you!
