The start of the stage takes place across the Rhine, at the famous Europa Park theme park.
This is a fast, flat stage with no major difficulties, ideal for sprinters.
After setting off from Europa Park at 12:50, the riders will make 6 passes between 13:30 and 16:30 over the finish line in Ehm Square, for a final sprint between 16:40 and 17:00.
In addition to the sporting event, the caravan will pass by at around 12.30 p.m., but the "Village du Tour" entertainment village will be open from 12 p.m. until the awards ceremony at 5.30 p.m.
The "Village du Tour" will bring together several structures:
