Chocolate fair

A theme is chosen for each edition of the Salon du Chocolat. For 2023, it's the 70th anniversary of the Alsace Wine Route, and there are a number of events planned around this theme (including a competition for young people). During the show, you'll be able to meet the region's chocolatiers and patissiers, who'll be showcasing their chocolate-based treats - but that's not all!
