The Loisirs, Découvertes & Traditions association is offering an original meal to discover forgotten flavours, in particular that of herring, which after being preserved in brine, then desalted, is 'cooked' cold in vinegar.
The menu consists of herring as much as you like (traditional recipe or with cream) accompanied by jacket potatoes, followed by a cheese platter, dessert and coffee.
The herring can be replaced by bibeleskas (fromage blanc) for those who wish.
