The Wine and Tourism Chair and the MAESTRO (Management in the Arts, Environment and Society: creaTivity for Real Outcomes) research cluster at EM Strasbourg are joining forces to offer an original conference in a surprising location.
This event, which is part of a series of conferences jointly organised by ADT (Alsace Destination Tourisme) and EM Strasbourg, will bring together academics and practitioners to discuss innovation and the reinvention of codes in the wine industry. The aim of this series of conferences is to shed light on and discuss innovative avenues of development for professionals in the wine and/or tourism industries.
After reviewing the cultural and creative industries and their impact on the world of wine, two round tables will explore new perspectives:
