And, at the end of the day, new local production methods are within our reach.
Join us for a family-friendly workshop on fermentation. Discover how to make your own fermented beverages at lower cost, while having control over the ingredients. Take part in the collective creation of delicious fermented jars.
To each his own! Using the fruit and herbs available, collected or brought in by each participant, come up with recipes and create a variety of drinks. Each participant will go home with his or her own creation. Other jars will be kept to show what each participant has been up to, and will be tasted together in a few months' time at the Frac Alsace.
