Festive decorations and shared meals.

The festive season heralds a time for stories. Stories of winter, of warm moments, of pleasure and gifts. How about taking a little time to make fermentation a gift? 

Let's dip an apple in wax. Then the fruit ferments. 

Somewhere between an object and food, this living nature allows micro-organisms to develop away from the air and prying eyes. These wax objects invite us to trust the invisible, to believe in the principles of life and to wait. 

These art objects evolve throughout the fruit's fermentation cycle. Objects of decoration, magic, experimentation and attention, they are to be kept or given as gifts and, for the more daring, tasted. Discover a renewed fruit with a melt-in-the-mouth texture and sweet, slightly alcoholic and tangy aromas. 

What if we made an apple decoration, a gift of a moment, a meal of fermentation? Let's get together for this moment and open the jars made in July or any others you'd like to share. Let's smell, taste and share again... A shared meal to which everyone can contribute! Bring a little something to share.
