Le Chouette Gîte

The Chouette Gîte offers you the countryside to the city. This comfortable house, completely renovated in 2020 will be your base for your stays with family or friends.

For your comfort, the Chouette Gîte consists of a detached house of 120m2, surrounded by a garden accessible both from the kitchen and the dining room by a large balcony, and equipped with a table and chairs as well as sun loungers and parasol.

After crossing the porch, you access a beautiful entrance that serves the living room (sofa, armchair, TV), the dining room (library, games), the new kitchen  (oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Tassimo, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster etc..) with dining area, bathroom (Italian shower 1.60x0.90, double washbasin, washing machine) and a separate WC.
A large staircase leads you upstairs to the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with bed 1.40x1.90, a bedroom with bed 1.60x2.00 and a bedroom with bed 0.90x1.90. All rooms are equipped with bedside tables, wardrobes (wardrobe and shelves), mirrors. A second toilet with hand wash completes this level.

All necessary baby is provided for free (bed, bath, changing table, high chair, stroller/ pram, security barriers). Games are also available for children.
To facilitate travel, bicycles are available free of charge (without helmets).

The house is fully covered in WIFI. Parking spaces are available on the property. For the respect of the neighborhood, we do not want parties to be organized in the house. Rentals will be for a minimum of 3 nights (depending on the period).
