SOMMERFASCHT #6

In a rural setting, more than 40 certified organic/biodynamic winemakers from Alsace will be presenting over 200 cuvées divided by theme: thirst-quenching whites, bubbles, oranges, reds and great terroir wines classified by soil. All produced from grape juice, with no added inputs or ingredients.

This year, Switzerland will be represented by the Association Suisse des Vins Nature (ASVN). Sponsor of the 2024 event, Jean-Baptiste Klein, sommelier at Le Chambard in Kaysersberg, will be leading the debate on RARE (Rien Ajouté Rien Enlevé) wines.

On Sunday evening, join in LA FASCHT with music from 7pm until 3am.
