We are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 9h-12h / 15h-19h, Thursday: 9h-12h / 15h30-18h30 and Saturday: 9h-12h. Sunday: closed. Reception closed on public holidays.

Various areas are available, including cardio, fitness, guided weight training, free weight training and video classes (mats, biking, etc.), so you can train in the greatest comfort and under the best conditions.
