For the European Heritage Days, the Maison du Pain d'Alsace welcomes you for a free tour of the museum, which traces the history of bread and Alsatian specialities.

Saturday

• Self-guided tour from 9am to 5.30pm
• Tasting of special breads all day long
• Free audio guides and games to help you discover the history of bread in the museum

Sunday

• Self-guided tour from 9am to 5.30pm
• All-day tasting of special breads
• Sensory tasting of Alsatian specialities: 3pm / 4pm / 5pm. With our guide, discover the history of our specialities and savour Alsace's culinary heritage (40 minutes).
• Free audio guides and games tablets to discover the history of bread in the museum.

Le Fournil will be serving all kinds of specialities, which you can sample in the tearoom or on the terrace. For lunch, we'll be serving 5 types of quiche with raw vegetables.
