In Sélestat, in the heart of the old town and 200 metres from the famous Humanist Library, Master Restaurateurs Nicolas and Samy Ruhlmann will surprise you with cuisine that is both original and regional, full of flavour.

In addition to their menu, the restaurant offers themed weekends, such as cheese fondue, seafood, and more.

They are also available to organise family celebrations, meetings or group meals in a warm setting, as well as a catering service for weddings and staff parties.
