Detached house on 3 levels located in Orschwiller, on the Alsace Wine Route, in a quiet area. South-west facing with a view of the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle.

On the lower level, a shower room with toilet and a washing machine.

On the main level, an access to the terrace on the west side and an access to the terrace on the south side. The kitchen is fully equipped and separate: oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine with filter or "Senseo", raclette and pierrade set and a dining area with a table, a corner bench and 2 chairs.....
In the living room, another oval table and 6 chairs. 1 convertible sofa (140 x 180) / 1 or 2 sleeping places.

On the upper level, a living room, a leather sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds each, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. If necessary, 1 additional bed in the mezzanine.

Outside, enjoy a magnificent terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue.
