Présentation

With its Alsatian decor and warm atmosphere, it's easy to come and sit down to a good sauerkraut, a hearty knuckle of ham, a slab of beef, a spider of beef or a slab of pike-perch on a bed of sauerkraut.

But the speciality of this house is the bouchée à la reine, served full-size (it was proclaimed Best of Alsace in 2007 and 2013).

Traditional dishes that won't leave gourmets wanting more.
